This latest vintage of our beloved blend is quite possibly our finest to date. The exceptional summer of 2019, with high heat and long dry days, provided ideal conditions for this unique blend.
Our estate Baco Noir and Marquette, ripened beautifully with intense and polished flavours of dark berry, spice and tobacco. The Cabernet Fran and Merlot, sourced from Niagara add a softening touch of fruit which carries through the finish.
Try this vintage paired with bison or venison grilled alongside wild mushrooms and roots.
