Our in-house selection of delectable refreshments available at Coffin Ridge's Tasting Room.  Wine and cider is available by the glass - we are unable to do tastings at this time due to Covid restrictions.

White & Orange Wines

2019 L’Acadie Blanc:  Light bodied and tart, notes of citrus and stone fruit. Very Dry. 12.5%

2019 Into the Light White:  Medium body, Peach, apricot, citrus and melon. Off Dry. 11.5%

2019 Reserve L'Acadie Blanc:  Tropical fruit, stone fruit and coconut notes.  Dry. 11.5% 

2020 Divine Intervention White:  Aromas of white peach, nectarine and floral.  Dry. 10.5%

2020 Divine Intervention Orange:  Dried apricot, melon and lychee.  Dry.  11.0%

Rosé & Fruit Wine

2019 Sparkling Rosé:  Fresh strawberry and raspberry notes. Off Dry. %13.5

2018 Resurrection Rosé:  Medium body, tart strawberry and rhubarb notes and bright acidity. Medium Sweet. %12.5

Sparkling Pear:  A delicate bubbly pear that explodes with summer fruit and spice flavours. Off dry.  5.8% 

2009 Resurrection Rosé:  Light body, strawberry and soft spice.  Dry. 11.2%

Red Wine

2017 Back from the Dead Red:  Medium body, smooth with dark red berry notes. Dry. %12.5

2017 Marquette: Medium body, bright red berry, jam, and smoke notes. Very Dry. 

2009 Baco Noir: Medium body, stewed fruit, leather and tobacco.  Dry.  11.0%

2016 Divine Intervention Red: Blueberry, dark cherry and clove.  Dry.  13.0%


Forbidden Dry:  Bright apple notes, crisp finish. Dry. %6.5

Forbidden Hopped:  Bright apple notes, infused with hops. Dry. %6.5

Forbidden Pink:  Raspberry and apple blended to perfection. Sweet. %5.5

Wild Craft:  Co-fermented with our Frontenac Noir skins . Dry. %6.5

Haskap:  Notes of fresh field berries and subtle floral aromas. Dry. %6.5

Chai Spice:  A melange of exotic warming chai spices. Off Dry. %6.5

Wood Fired Pizza - A variety of types.  Available Saturday and Sunday. **Weather permitting.**
