Reminiscent of Austria's great white grape, Grüner Veltliner, the 2017 Into the Light White displays wonderful aromas of orange peels, citrus, cloves and spice. An excellent choice with shellfish, spicy Thai noodles and rich curry dishes.

This refreshing, off dry rosé is made primarily from the Frontenac family of grapes.

Our estate Maréchal Foch and Baco Noir ripened beautifully with intense and polished flavours of dark berry, spice and tobacco. The Cabernet and Merlot sourced from Niagara add a softening touch of fruit which carries through the finish.
