Made from 40% Maréchal Foch, 25% Baco Noir & 35% Merlot/Cabernet
This deep ruby red wine has complex flavours of rich dark berries, plum, black pepper and tobacco. The finish is smooth with notes of leather and subtle earthiness. An excellent accompaniment to barbeque and red meats.
This aromatic white blend consists of five complimentary
varieties yielding a pleasant summer sipper.
Reminiscent of Austria's great white grape, Grüner Veltliner, the 2012 Into the Light White displays wonderful aromas of orange peels, citrus, cloves and spice. An excellent choice with shellfish, spicy Thai noodles and rich curry dishes.

sweet cherry and strawberry notes.
This dry, light bodied rosé has an up front, fruit forward flavour which delivers on the pomegranate and
strawberry notes. The flavours are pure and delicate. An easy drinking wine that will go well with food
or on it’s own as a summer sipper.

We'll be retiring our kitchen staff for the day as our vintner's plate, while delicious, can't hope to compete with Those Pizza Guys and their state of the art mobile wood-fired oven. Camilla Gibb, author of the RBC Taylor nominated memoir, This is Happy, visits Coffin Ridge on Saturday September 24th at 7 p.m. for a reading and discussion. Gibb is also the author of the best-selling novels Beauty of Humanity Movement and Sweetness in the Belly. Tickets $25 plus hst. Includes a glass of wine and a cheese buffet. On sale June 15th. We have three different options tailored to an array of tastes: Number One: The Wine Lover's Experience This option, for groups of 10 or larger, presents our most detailed explanation of the grape growing and wine making process. Our knowledgeable staff will take you through the magical, and technical, progression from vine to wine. This hour long tour includes a tasting and a glass of your choice. The cost is $20 per person.
