The introduction of Marquette heralds a new era of leading edge, cool climate grape varietals. Developed at the University of Minnesota’s viticultural program, this revolutionary hybrid is the child of both classical vinifera (Pinot Noir) and native North American grapevine species.
Carefully hand harvested, the 2014 vintage possesses supple notes of ripe red berries, vanilla beans, cocoa and black cherries.
This medium bodied, elegantly crafted red paints not only the glass but the palate with lifted tannins supported by balanced acidity.
The 2014 Marquette makes a wonderful pairing for grilled meats, stews and hearty vegetarian dishes.
An aromatic intensity of fresh, juicy Bartlett pear.
A delicate bubbly pear that explodes with summer fruit and spice flavours. This refreshing light bodied perry is fresh pear in a glass.
