This sparkling expression of the L'Acadie grape calls to mind world renowned bubblies, with rich notes of ripe stonefruit balanced against crisp, tart apple and pear. Aging on lees knits this wines complex palette together with lovely toasty and subtle nutty qualities.

Our estate Maréchal Foch and Baco Noir ripened beautifully with intense and polished flavours of dark berry, spice and tobacco. The Cabernet and Merlot sourced from Niagara add a softening touch of fruit which carries through the finish.
