Events At Coffin Ridge
Marquette release February 25 11am – 4:30pm
We are over the moon to be announcing the release of our 2010 Marquette. This is a beautiful wine and the darling of everyone at Coffin Ridge. Our wine maker has suggested that we pull out all of our grapes and just plant Marquette. While that seems a tad extreme (we have some other pretty spectacular wines) we have to agree with him that Marquette is destined for greatness! A hybrid born of Pinot and a complex blend of other hybrids and vinifera this grape is both a joy to grow in the vineyard and a really fun grape to make into wine.
Local musician Paul Danard will play from 1-3 pm.
